This recognition is a celebration of Dr. Wachiuri’s contribution to Kenya’s real estate and his involvement in transforming the industry. Optiven is celebrating 25 years anniversary in 2024 and under his leadership, the organization has become East Africa’s leading real estate offering value-added sustainable properties.

His influence extends beyond real estate, as he has gone above and beyond in his philanthropy efforts to drive change through the Optiven Foundation. This year 600 students have included in the Soaring Eagles Scholarship Program, over 2000 trees planted through the Go Green na Optiven season 2 launched in March and 75 wheelchairs donated under Mobility That Brings Smiles initiative.
He continues to inspire many others under his George Wachiuri School of Mentorship (GWSM) mentoring young entrepreneurs and promoting financial literacy. This award showcases his thought leadership in social economic transformation and inspires many others to lead impactful lives.
