Esther Wambui’s Inspirational Story
Esther Wambui is a graduate of the fourth cohort in 2023 and is an award-winning CEO. She is the Founder and CEO of E Bakers Creations with over 10 years of experience baking cakes for different events, value addition to dairy, and now “Nurturing Bold Achievers”, a lifechanging training program inspired by George Wachiuri School of Mentorship. Her business has grown exponentially since the mentorship program and she credits Dr. George Wachiuri for challenging her mindset.
“My biggest takeaway from the GWSM has been the ability to transform lives, to inspire greatness, and to create a ripple effect of positive change”, she said in an interview.
The mentorship program helps the learners develop a solid business plan, understand the complexities of running a small business, and hone leadership skills to head a team. Additionally, the networking opportunities provide learners with the opportunity to connect with other entrepreneurs and potential clients.

The George Wachiuri School of Mentorship (GWSM) by Dr. George Wachiuri is an annual program targeting to empower entrepreneurs and is founded on the principles of mentorship, guidance, and networking. The 12-week program is an online session comprised of one-on-one learning and practical application to help businesses stabilize, grow, and create more job opportunities.
