2. Visualise your goal.

3. Break down your goals.
You need to break down your goals into small and actionable items. Items you can eat out to achieve. This will maintain your eyes on the prize and step by step you shall move towards to achieve it.
4. Maintain a good character.
Your excellence depends on your character. If you assassinate you let character your goals keep moving away from you. Positive characters attract greatness and good companions. A good character, both inward and outward, is a personal security system towards your excellence.
5. In every goal attach a reward.
When highlighting your goal you should also highlight how you would reward yourself. It is good to celebrate and that will propel you. Rewarding yourself is important.
